We are excited that you want to take your relationship with HqO further and learn more about HqO and our industry-leading products and services. To allow us to share more information with you, we request that you read and sign the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement<\/em>.<\/p>\n

This Agreement is based on the principle that as a market leader, we have developed certain products and services that give us a competitive edge and we need to protect information related to these products and services adequately to maintain such lead. We also want to share the most amount of information with you to help you make the best decision for your business and will include certain proprietary non-public information to give you a complete picture of the mechanics of our services and products. This information may include sensitive data on our customer, pricing and the proprietary technology we use.<\/p>\n

This Agreement is mutual, which means HqO will also be obligated to treat any confidential information that you may share with us, with the same level of care and responsibility. The Agreement is drafted specifically to cover our particular purpose and is not broad or generic in nature.<\/p>\n

We believe in building trust with our customers and partners and are here to answer any questions that you may have in regard to this Agreement.<\/p>\n
